We are doing CONTACT-LESS take out orders. There will be no admittance inside of the restaurant, this is for the safety of you our customers and our staff.
To place an order we ask that you use our ONLINE ORDER system. If your having issues with the site, please refresh your browser, that generally fixes the issue. You can also text your order to 480.553.2432. You can also call 602.971.4988 however we are running with limited staff so if possible, we ask that you use our online system or text. If you have a question or concern on your order please text or leave a voicemail. If you leave a voicemail it could be up to 30 minutes before you get a response, we will do our best to get back to you asap.
How to order take-out online and pickup process:
- You MUST choose 1 PROTEIN & SPICE LEVEL for your entrees BEFORE adding to cart (SCROLL DOWN in the pop-up window -- unfortunately the scroll bar is invisible but you can scroll -- there is white space between each modify options, just keep scrolling to make sure you get all options, in the notes please list any food allergies). Please review each section.
- NO SUBSTITUTIONS. Any adds/changes generally requires an additional charge.
- Select any (-)UNWANTED ingredients, this is listed for each item, if an ingredient is not listed but is part of the item that means it is integral to the item and can not be removed, please be sure to check the full MENU for listed ingredients.
- Online payments are made via credit card only.
- Once your order is placed you'll receive a text from us within 5 minutes, which includes your order # (SEE Check ID on automated emailed receipt) and ETA.
- If you don't receive a text, please text us at 480.553.2432 for an eta.
- Once you arrive at the restaurant respond to the text letting us know you are HERE. ((If for some reason you do not have a text then please come to the front and someone will assist you, having the order# and or name on the order will speed things along))
- DO NOT EXIT your car at this time, wait till your notified about your order.
- We will respond letting you know if your order is ready or not.
- Once your order is ready we will let you know which table out front of the restaurant it will be placed on (TABLE A, B, or C) and you can exit your car at this time to collect it. If there is a question or concern please wave us down.
